"Joe was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house is clean, well-stocked with essentials, and very comfortable. When I needed an extra night with short notice, he was willing to help right away. The house was solid, nothing fancy, but has a great pool table and games. We loved the hot tub. It served us well for our Thanksgiving family reunion!"

The house is in pristine condition, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation, right down to the smallest touches. The kitchen was fully stocked, the furniture was comfortable and modern, and even the linens were top-notch. The location couldn’t be better – just a 10-minute walk to the beach. "Rear door lock didn't work. Very limited amount of towels and wash cloths. Front door lock quit working on last day of stay. Ice maker in fridge dirty. Convenient location for beach."

"This hoause is so beautiful! Prefect for our family vacation!! Plenty of room to spread out with two separate living rooms. The beds were so comfortable! A short walk to the beach for fishing or walking. The water park is directly across the street and small amusement park next to it as well. "
