“This cottage was wonderful. The host”

“The Peacock Cottage was so inviting and clean! Its close proximity to all the happenings was a bonus. We had the best time exploring delicious dining and even the Farmers Market was so fun! Our fur baby enjoyed her stay as well. Jennifer was the most responsive host ever! Will come back again.”

“Nice quaint accommodating place to stay”

“The space of cottage was great for a couple, very clean, and info from host was informative. The location was close to the downtown shops and places to eat.”

“Overall we had a pretty good experience. Very cute home and loved the backyard. Perfect size for a family of 4.”

“This quiet getaway was exactly what we needed. This little cottage was absolutely amazing and beautiful, clean on the inside and well maintained. My wife loved everything about it not to mention they even decorated for Valentine’s Day and it was absolutely perfect. Definitely recommend to stay in the small town of Carthage and stay at the cottage. It has definitely been put on our list of places to revisit! ”

“This was an amazing property. Furnishings were amazing - we were in Marshall for the Acro Tumbling Nationals at ETBU so unfortunately we didn't spend as much time at the house as normal but it was the best. It was exactly as described. Becky was amazing to work with. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“The house was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all week. The backyard was great for our dog - well fenced and very large. I appreciated the extra blankets and towels to help keep the furniture covered (we’ve stayed at other places that claimed to be pet friendly but as soon as you booked they sent extra rules about keeping pets off the sofas, so this home is actually pet friendly). ”
