“Unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by multiple service and room failures from the moment we arrived.
1. Registration Delay:
At check-in, there was a system issue where my reservation displayed an incorrect card number, resulting in an approximately 30-minute delay. During this time, my family - including three young children (ages 5, 7, and 9) - had to wait outside in the car, which was highly inconvenient after travel.

“A/C worked well for us. Rooms and rest of property pretty clean. I wished they had a microwave in the rooms like most places do, but they did have one in the lobby at least. Lots of local activities. ”
