The contact with easy villas mallorca was good. the pool was very nice The cleaning company did not fulfill the agreements. they did not clean even though this was clearly agreed. the company was supposed to clean on Monday but did not come, on Tuesday they wrote an email that they had been but nothing had been done, no towel change, no clean bed cover and nothing cleaned at all, after I wrote a complaint they said that the villa was clean and that cleaning was not necessary. the cleaning company indicated that it was only an observational cleaning. We would like to book again next year at Easy Villas Mallorca, but due to the unreliable cleaning company we still doubt whether we would still do this..

tout était parfait.petit bémol, il faut réparer la chasse d'eau des toilettes.Il manque un peu de couverts.bel endroit calme tout près des beaux sites du Nord de l'ile.Piscine privé géniale sans vis-à-vis.

Optimale Lage für Rennrad Aktivitäten

Das Haus liegt etwas abgeschieden vom großen Tourismus, dafür aber ruhig und in perfekter Lage für Rennrad Touren. Der Pool und die Ausstattung des Haus eignet sich ideal für zwei Personen. Genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden bzw. ein Mietauto ist notwendig. Das Haus liegt in einem Mückenparadies. Insbesondere der Obstbaum an der Toreinfahrt ist ein Lockmittel für Mücken. Wir konnten kaum eine Minute draußen liegen ohne eine Mücke um uns zu haben. Demzufolge ist ein Mückenabwehr Spray unbedingt notwendig. Im Haus gab es einen Safe aber der Schlüssel war nicht auffindbar. Auch nach der Kontaktaufnahme mit der Agentur ist ein Ersatzschlüssel verfügbar gewesen

Tolles Fincaerlebnis für Zwei.

Saubere Unterkunft - von der Küche bis zum Bett - alles top, sauber und geruchsfrei. Es gab Diskussionen um den Reinigungsservice, der nach viel Kommunikation kam, Pool sollte häufiger spülen, sonst schwimmt man in zappelnden Wespen, der Poolservice könnte häufiger den Boden von Insekten befreien.

Super tolles Home Office auf Mallorca

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus, absolut ausreichend für zwei Personen und mit traumhaftem Garten. Wlan ist sehr gut, Pool ist toll und es hint einen Grill im Garten. Es fehlt eventuell noch an ein paar Gegenständen der Grundausstattung, wie Spülmittel, ein paar Gewürze, Feuerzeug etc. sonst war alles da!

Wir kommen im September wieder

Sehr schöne kleine Finca für 2,sehr ruhig gelegen und doch mit dem Auto alles schnell erreichbar Kontakt mit der Agentur sehr freundlich ind hilfsbereit. Sauber und gepflegt-haben bereits für September wieder gebucht Uns war es egal aber falls es für Andere wichtig ist-kein TV Programm-nur Netflix

Für 2 Personen ausreichend - mängel gab es leider doch -

Die Finca an sich ist völlig in Ordnung wenn man sich zu zweit ein paar schöne Tage machen möchte. Die Besitzer sind nett und erfüllen jeden Wunsch der in Ihrer Macht steht. Leider konnten Sie unseren Wunsch nach einer funktionierenden Toilettenspülung nicht realisieren. Auch nachdem ein Techniker da war ging diese Nicht. Am vorletzten Tag fiel dann auch noch das Wasser komplett aus. Somit war es nicht möglich sich die Hände zu waschen, zu Duschen/Baden, den Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschiene zu nutzen (dies war ausschlaggebend für die Buchung der Finca). Es dauerte ca. 14 Stunden bis drei Handwerker das Wasser zum laufen brachten, jedoch auch nur begrenzt, da vom halbleeren Reservespeicher. Da das eine erhebliche Einschränkung der Nutzung des Objektes darstellte, haben wir die Finca am vorletzten Tag verlassen und ein Hotel aufgesucht. Von Fewo-Direkt gab es keine Hilfe, da wir die technischen Probleme an Easyvillasmallorca mitgeteilt haben (so wie es in dem Handbuch der Finca ausgeschrieben ist). Über eine Kompensation der letzten Nacht bin ich trotz vorheriger Zusage durch Easyvillasmallorca immernoch am einfordern/diskutieren, da nachdem ich den Auszug angekündigt habe und mir im Anschluss das Ausweichhotel gebucht hatte, die wiedersprüchliche Meldung bekam,..."eine Kompensation sei nicht möglich"...naja soviel dazu. Fazit: Wenn es keine Probleme gibt, ist es eine hübsche Finca für 2 mit allem was man braucht. Inkl. Mücken ;)

Sehr schöne Villa für 2 in toller Location!

Garten, Haus, der nette Owner und der der gute Service. Freundlich und guter Service! Eine Welcome Korb mit Essen und Wein plus Brief wäre einfach und nett. Für Poolnutzung im Frühjahr war der Pool zu kalt - Solarpanels für beheizten Pool einbauen wäre eine gute Idee, und Satelitten TV statt dem Internet basiertem TV mit kostenpflichtigem Netflix und ansonsten sehr schlechter Senderausauswahl.
