「We love the Latch for so many reasons! Location = quiet (heard owls early this morning). History = it’s a unique structure and story. Hospitality = by FAR the best breakfast you will ever have included in your stay. Eggs Benny or omelet, the freshest, sweetest fruit, high quality bacon. The STAFF, go above and beyond in every way. And to top it all off, pets are welcome, a small dog park is nearby. Our dog gets pretty excited when she sees we are going to the Latch! 」

「The hosts were very accommodating to our late arrival. They also provided an excellent breakfast in our room the next morning - my wife had a delicious omelette and I had the “Dutch Baby”, so good! We stayed in the Library Room, very comfy and cosy. Close to Victoria Airport. I highly recommend a night or romantic weekend here. 」

「Our room was a very nice, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The tub was jetted and the shower was amazing!! Heritage house room 5 had a sweet balcony too which was a nice enjoyable addition. The extra free treats provided were an added bonus for our stay: flight of spinnakers beer, delectable chocolates and discount coupon for breakfast. The brewers breakfast was fantastic! Thanks for a relaxing weekend getaway. 」

「This Old historic building is tastefully furnished with beautiful antiques and located right on the waterfront promenade, next to Beaconhill Park. The location is unbeatable for people who like to walk or cycle. The rooms are large, full of old world ambiance, with comfortable beds and quality linens. 「We spent 2 nights in this lovely hotel and really enjoyed our stay. It is a historical house with very fine Fine decoration. The owners are excellent chefs and they prepare wonderful breakfast for us every morning with big surprise. By the way, don't miss their fresh baked cookies and homemade sherry in the reading room every afternoon, I am sure you will love them !」

「Building is majestic, high decorated ceilings, hardwood floors and classic art. Room decor was nice, four poster bed was comfortable and we slept well.
Breakfast was a highlight, served on bone china, the eggs Benedict were perfect.」

「Enjoyed my stay. It was a bucket list item! It was clean! It was quiet. There are robes and I love dark towels! The bed is warm with a firm mattress. At home I have a 4 inch memory foam topper, so a firm mattress was a very different sleep for me.
My favorite was having a seal swim by as I was having my morning coffee!
The Mexican restaurant is open through winter which is lovely! It’s steps away from the front door!
