“Es war okay. Nichts besonderes. Die Anlage ist echt groß mit viel Natur aber die Wartung könnte etwas besser sein. Gym ging leider nicht und die Zimmer könnten besser sein. Das Personal war allerdings sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit”

“Staff were fantastic . Unfortunately plumbing went awry and our.room stunk of sewerage,getting so bad we had to ask the move rooms. Staff were happy to accommodate this but we had to ask as the cleaning staff just acted like the room was fine. No hot water on the last day. Quiet and out of the way but obviously has both some teething and ongoing maintenance issues. These things ruined our stay there.”

“The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. ”

“We had a lovely stay but we were only there for a couple of days, and went rafting so did t really use the facilities. The pool is being renovated too so not really usable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, beautiful beachfront seating area and close to ICON shopping centre and lots of choices for eating and drinking close by. Thanks Anita”

“Schönes Hotel in direkter Strandlage mit großen, gut ausgestatteten Zimmern. Die Badezimmer sind allerdings bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten renoviert werden. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl, sodass für jeden etwas dabei ist. In der Umgebung gibt es außerdem Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte, die bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Der einzige größere Kritikpunkt……

“Great for couples to enjoy a relaxing few days! The suite, staff, food and facilities (including the spa and massages) were perfect. In-room services also include a bartender and floral bath, which can be arranged upon request. All the staff both throughout the hotel, the club and the restaurants were very friendly and helpful. The noise at the club also does not reach the hotel, and either way, the soundproof windows work well. ”

We're lucky to meet Dias who assisted us since check-in and took care of every detail to the end. Thanks for her hospitality and thoughtfulness. There seemed to be some problem on the room keys and the entry light was flashing, yet all of these were solved immediately after we told the staff. The facility is great yet the staff are even better. It's my smartest decision to choose……
