“The breakfast hot items were empty at 8am. Staff had to be asked to refill, which was done in a friendly manner, but only minimally. Coffee was also empty in the breakfast room though there was coffee in the lobby. ”

“Half of breakfast items were missing (no sausage gravy for biscuits and gravy); juice machine was broken and alternate juice was unavailable. Our key cards had to be reset 3 times. Hotel does have a washer and dryer they had a sign indicating they would provide laundry soap and detergent however when we asked they didn’t have any; they also didn’t have any quarters, so to use the onsite laundry that is the amenity one was required to go to the store to buy supplies and stop at the bank to get……

“Lots of (other beings’) hair and stains on the bedsheets upon arrival, bathroom had no hand soap and had staining and/or mold at the joints. Relatively dismal overall. ”

“I found everything about Studio 7 absolutely unacceptable.I checked in and checked out again 90 minutes later. The hotel was outdated, rundown and in extreme need of repair and remodeling. The repairs that were done were done by a handyman and not a professional. I would not let an animal spend the night in that hotel much less a human being. I returned to the airport and spent the night on a couch in the lobby before my flight out the next morning. I would like a full refund of my 50 sum……

“I enjoyed our stay. I was traveling alone with two kids for a last minute trip. Hotel felt safe. Room was clean and well appointed. All the staff we encountered was so kind. Everything we ended up needing was very close and convenient. The only reason I wouldn't book again is if we found another hotel with a better pool area and hot tub. ”

“The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. ”
