“The location is great and parking is easy. Lobby was clean and front desk staff very friendly. There was a roped off area in front of the main entrance door and the elevator was broken. “We had an amazing stay at Mont Rest! Hearing the history from Chris (the owner) was an added treat! So crazy to see how she saved the property not once, but twice! The staff was exceptional. “We did not know that they didn't clean rooms if you were staying more that one night. And they didn't replace towels. Got back to motel around 9pm called for towels and was told I needed to bring the dirty towels to front desk and they would give me fesh towels. Maybe short staffed, but they should have let us know. “We chose this place as a last minute one night stay. That being the case it was OK. It had almost equal points on the OK and Good side. On the good side, our room looked to be recently renovated.
