“This was an older, motel in a safe area. The room was clean. The shower had great water pressure. Front desk staff was very polite and welcoming. This was a good, safe place to be for a quick stay with a grocery store and restaurants nearby. ”

“This was as advertised - a private room with a bathroom. Everything was clean. It was on the main drag but this is Rockwell City, Iowa, so the fact that it was quiet isn’t surprising. There is a Mexican restaurant one block away but it is closed Sundays. Not much else walkable but it's a small town and this is several blocks from the small downtown, which may have some shopping options. ”

“Location was great, short drive to the waterpark, golf course, park, and lake. Plenty of restaurants near by and quiet location.”

“The property was absolutely perfect for our family. It was so clean and nice and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions. We loved the proximity to the lake and the house itself was beautiful. We would highly recommend this property and definitely will book again!!”
