Staff was amazing. The place wasn't. The sink pipe was leaking. It had the vibe like there cameras in the outlets (I have no proof....just the vibe), smelled of weed, outside was dirty, and I didn't feel comfortable or safe (as a single female occupant) staying there. I checked out immediately and asked to cancel my reservation. Only received half of my cost and my insurance policy number didn't work since I canceled the trip.

It was good quality stay for the value paid. Upon checking in there was no one at the counter for awhile, so the check-in process was poor, but the ease in checking out and the hotel was easy and accessible. Overall, was good stay given the hotel demand for Picnic Day.

I love most of the staff at this location. I was able to keep to myself unless I required something and I loved that. This is my number one place to stay. And the price is just the cherry on top.

The heater worked well and it was fairly quiet, but the smell of smoke and the condition of the place is hard to overcome. I avoided spending time in the room except to sleep.

It was very quiet here at night. I have a dog with me. Didn't charge me a pet fee. I had to take him pee at 3 am, two different nights and it was safe. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. charge me a a pet

The guy who checked me in was awesome, and nice, put our rooms close together. Was a quick check in. I was in room 212 with my two children (ages 13 and 7), and when we went up to the door, you didn’t need a key to even open it, it just opened. I The door doesn’t lock regularly, so we couldn’t really have all of us leave the room at the same time. Someone had to be in there at all times because the only way it would be locked is if you used the deadbolt or the safety lock at the top. Which was also coming out of the door a little ways. Also, no coffee in the room, and then at 630 am you still Couldn’t get into the lobby to get coffee:(

No words…. No staff for checkout, with taped up paper sign back at 8am. Never showed up. Line out the door. This is like a halfway house with long term residents living there and overflowing trash cans and cars in the parking lot up on blocks. I stayed there to save money for UC Davis move in weekend because everything in town was $450 a night, despite the review warnings. Big mistake. Felt unsafe.
