Clean and spacious, easy access to shopping and freeway

Enjoyed the clan and spacious rooms Loved the pool. Wished the hot tub was working. Enjoyed the kitchen and ability to cook/eat on property. Would have liked to have the water and ice maker hooked up on fridge.

Needs attention

The pool wasn’t cleaned and unusable for our stay. We were only informed an hour before our arrival. AC unit doesn’t work upstairs and makes it almost unbearable to sleep on hot nights. It’s an older house that got a light remodel. Overall for the price it’s a fair bargain. Good location. Once they make the proper adjustments to the property it should be a good place to stay. Overall happy with the trip. Wish pool would’ve been discussed with us prior.

Has potential, but not quite there yet

Overall, we had a good stay. There were a couple things that were disappointing: - There was a very strong smell of marijuana when we arrived that persisted for the entire duration of the stay (lessened a bit over time, but it ruined our ability to enjoy relaxiing in the home). - The listing advertised central air throughout the entire home, which is innaccurate; there was no air in the third bedroom which was found in the attic (no one was able to sleep there as it was extremely hot). - Not enough towels were provided, we did not utilize the pool because of this. - There were also no towel racks in the bathooms or shower mats/towels to prevent slipping when getting out of the shower.

Great stay

This is a very cute, family friendly property. The house is in a great location. Close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. There is plenty of things to do near by as well, such as Folsom Lake, malls and Sacramento. I also appreciate the communication from the host(s).
