“Considering this hotel is right about in the middle of nowhere, it’s insane the amount of amenities that it had! (They are fixing the pool right now, so it was closed but they will have one soon) **The beds were extremely comfortable** It was nice and quiet at night. Not to mention the staff is absolutely stellar!! You don’t just get a free breakfast, they make you a free breakfast! I had a delicious burrito made by a young man named Paul. The gal the front office was super sweet and helpful. ……

“We stayed in the suite with the kitchenette. The bed was comfy and the room was perfect for two people to relax after our adventures. The hosts are super nice and very knowledgeable about the area. The backyard was eclectic and very comfortable. Lots of kitty petting going on by us. Overall a very pleasant 40 yr wedding anniversary.”

“I stayed at the cottage for 3 nights while rockhounding on that edge of the state. It was charming. Compact and thoughtfully designed, equipped and decorated, it was quiet and next to a stream. It was nicely situated for a number of rockhounding locations, and has a nice porch suitable for sorting rocks. And sitting on and having a drink. I very much enjoyed my stay.”
