"The rooms were nice and clean, and the property was excellently located. We enjoyed our stay; however, the elevators were very slow and often required at least 5 minutes waits—with wait times exceeding 15 minutes in the evenings!"

"It's a very basic hotel with small rooms. Near to Hakata station so if you are looking for a one-night stay close to the station, it does the job. Other than that, not sure why you'd want this location. Washing machine in the room which is helpful if you are travelling light and don't want to supervise washing in a laundry room. There is a small bar in the lobby but it was a bit cold and sterile - I've stayed in similar properties with better atmosphere. In the end it comes down to the price you can get it for and the location - it's perfectly serviceable if it matches your budget and location."
