“首先值得一提是hotel.com的客服是非常幫得上忙，因為我要預訂酒店的機場接送，他們可以幫我直接聯絡到酒店的負責人取得WhatsApp ，使我可以直接跟他們聯絡上，可以預訂得到機場接送。雖然最後機場接送方面有點小插曲，但最後亦都能成功往返。
酒店方面員工親切，特別是酒店的負責人都非常盡責，在這裏需要特別表揚，謝謝你送給我的甜品及早餐，很貼心的服務。
住宿方面算是舒適，大堂華麗，只是房間有點舊（是可以接受的），但整體都很整潔，服務員都非常有禮貌和殷勤，在頂樓的泳池很乾淨，泳池的服務員也足夠，不停會為客人服務，整體值9.5分。
酒店的四周圍環境好像正在開發中，晚上街道都很熱鬧，感覺安全”

“The Hotel in general is beautiful. Everything clean and new. It just opened up in 2022. the staff is amazing. I want to thank everyone starting with security staff, guest relations, receptionists, cleaning staff, service personnel, chefs and bartender. “Overall everything was nice. Room was spacious, not new but very cozy. WiFi is OK.
Staff were all friendly, attentive and helpful. I accidentally arrived one day earlier but the check in staff handled it perfectly.
Two restaurants in the lobby were nice. Generally the Egyptian cooks well for both traditional dishes and foreign dishes.
ATM right at the front door which both foreign currency cash exchange and money withdraws can be done, which is very convenient.

“Giza Palace is the true definition of luxury stay in Cairo.
It takes you back in time. You are met with beautiful smiles and friendly staff throughout the hotel.
The food experience is one of the best and there are diversity in the cuisines, noting that the hotel has a " Michelin star restaurant ✨" in the hotel.
I've experienced the spa which is again one of the most luxurious experiences in Egypt, despite the services being limited due to its soft opening.
A big kudos to Remon, Ahmad,……

“Wir wurden herzlich mit einer kalten, frischen Limonade, einem leckerem Tee und etwas süssem Gebäck empfangen.
Die Zelte sind gross und einladend.
Es gab ein mehrere Gänge Menü zum Abendessen, was sehr schön serviert wurde.
Am Abend gab es ein Lagerfeuer, mit Trommelmusik und wir konnten dazu tanzen.
Das Camp liegt unmittelbar vor den Dünen, so hatten wir die Möglichkeit den Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang inmitten von Sand zu geniessen.
Die drei Jungs haben uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen……
