“因為飛機延誤一天，立即訂了這間酒店，之前住過覺得房間很好酒店很有特色，酒店設計很特別，全開放式，很有空間感。 航班延誤令我的行程很疲累，幸好這一天入住了這間酒店，也給了我一個小驚喜，upgrade了我的房間，實在太感動了，可以在大風雪中在酒店啦享受一下，房間實在太舒適了！ 酒店的服務也非常好，我查詢有沒有可以溜冰的地方，他們給了我很好的資料。 唯一有一點失望的就是早餐沒之前的水準。”

“Beautiful room, fully stocked, clean, exceptional service. Location was perfect! Our only issue is that we were told we could use the rooftop bar/restaurant. We weren’t going to eat, just a cocktail and look at the view but were turned away and told we needed a reservation because they were full. The bar area was not full and I have never needed a reservation to stand at a bar and have a drink. They should have told us when we checked in that we needed reservations. We never did get up there………

“This apartment was absolutely lovely. Clean, uncluttered, all the essentials provided, and an excellent host who was responsive and set up efficient systems for check in and check out. LOVED the location. My family and I had an amazing time here. I will say we are kind of clean freaks and this property met our expectations. Would love to come back again!”

“Very convenient location near Central Station. apartment is spacious. Unfortunately no air conditioner in the two bedrooms, only a small unit in the living room. A lot of pests, flies and bugs in the room and toilet everyday, cooking hood not working, cooking stove working intermittently and not fixed for the entire stay of 5 days. Front desk very difficult to reach, has to physically go down every time and response is kind of slow. Ample opportunity for improvements. Overall, an OK……
