“The entry way ( a bridge from the parking lot to the penthouse) was being repaired with unsafe flooring and gaping holes. Elevators ( 14 Floors ) had no ventilation and was covered in mould. Building needs cleaning. The furniture was aged, flooring horrible, cealing damaged, A filthy place with roaches, torn curtains and bed sheets. Used soap left in the bathroom to be reused. Mould infestation all around. The facility should be closed and removed from the listing. The property as a whole ……

“This place was a disaster; it had very steep stairs that was very scary going up and down. This place isn't suitable for elderly or handicapped persons. In the photos you never see the stairs, all photos are photoshopped. The pool area was right in the middle of a construction site being built on the property, I was afraid to get in the pool for fear something might fall on me while I was in the pool. The TV never worked, poor internet connections. JUST HORRIBLE!!!”

“Unfortunately, I would not stay at this property again. The listing and pricing were misleading, and there seemed to be unexpected charges and restrictions that were not clearly communicated upfront. This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom property advertised for up to four people, yet I was charged for three “extra” people, including my 7-year-old child. I was also surprised to learn that guests were apparently not allowed. The most uncomfortable part of the stay happened around 9:45 PM when the……

Pictures on line and premises 2 totally different situations. Place is outdated and in need of major renovations and repair, kitchen old and dingy never cooked there once, bathrooms and showers old, toilets didn't flush properly, black mold on ceiling, ants, beds don't fit bed frames, killed huge cockroach in kitchen first night, front door doesn't lock……

“The location of this property is great for easy access to local areas in the Hipstrip and access to private beaches. The space was functional but just very run-down. It needed a thorough cleaning and fresh paint and tile repair. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was superb.”

“I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding a recent reservation. Upon arrival, I discovered the property I booked was overbooked. I was then sent to a different property that was far below the standard of what I had originally paid for. Due to the unacceptable conditions, I chose to check out early and did not stay. Despite these circumstances — which were entirely out of my control — I have been informed that I am not eligible for a refund. This is unacceptable.……
