「Court Manor #3 has the potential to be an excellent holiday residence, unfortunately we were very disappointed and will never rent here again. Pictures on line and premises 2 totally different situations. Place is outdated and in need of major renovations and repair, kitchen old and dingy never cooked there once, bathrooms and showers old, toilets didn't flush properly,black mold on ceiling, ants, beds don't fit bed frames, killed huge cockroach in kitchen first night,front door doesn't lock...

「The room was horrible it was dirty the air half worked, the stove was rusty no way could anyone cook on it.The ceiling tile was filthy and in areas it leaked.There was no daily house keeping,there was huge roaches in the room the sliding door was broken we barley could use the balcony,the box springs on the beds were dry rotten.. The fabric litterly was falling off of the box springs.No tea and coffee maker..as promised the tub would not drain properly, the was were dirty... But I had fun...

「The location of this property is great for easy access to local areas in the Hipstrip and access to private beaches. The space was functional but just very run-down. It needed a thorough cleaning and fresh paint and tile repair. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was superb.」

「No issue with the property at all - have stayed here many times and it is lovely. Do not deal with Burbank Vacations. They overbooked and left me stranded with nowhere to go at Christmas. DO NOT deal with these people.」

「I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding a recent reservation. Upon arrival, I discovered the property I booked was overbooked. I was then sent to a different property that was far below the standard of what I had originally paid for. Due to the unacceptable conditions, I chose to check out early and did not stay. Despite these circumstances — which were entirely out of my control — I have been informed that I am not eligible for a refund. This is unacceptable....
