“I had family emergency and needed to reschedule my stay. My agent and I tried contacting the hotel for three days and nobody answered or replied to emails. I travel to Jamaica few times a year, stayed in multiple hotels and customer service and communication in Sandals was the worst.”

“All of the staff were outstanding, the restaurant food was amazing however the service was very slow. The only other thing is as an older adult who doesn’t use social media and apps the information was available but you had to work a little for it.”

I contacted the host only to be told the property had no vacancies, considering this money has cleared my account and I had confirmation of my booking, this was horrible. “We just spent 7 nights at Royal Plantation. What a beautiful and special place. The grounds are immaculately kept and there is a great sense of pride from all staff in making the resort feel more like a home away from home. Every single staff member we interacted with were so friendly and took time out of their day to stop and have a chat. We loved meeting all of them. We always felt so well taken care of. There was nothing that was ever too much trouble. The room was beautifully decorated……
