The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Saint-Nic, this charming apartment at less than 5 minutes on foot of the beach, of a surface of 25 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an open kitchenette equipped, a bedroom, a bathroom with bath and washing machine and you can enjoy a terrace. The apartment, facing North/West, is composed as follows
- A living room of 15 m² with TV, double sofa bed and dining area.
- An open kitchenette equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates, plancha...
- A bedroom with bunk beds (2 beds).
- A bathroom with bath and washing machine.
- Separate toilet.

- A terrace of about 12 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in a very pleasant environment and close to the sea. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
