“Wat een heerlijke vakantie hebben wij op deze bijzondere plek gehad!We kregen een warm welkom van de eigenaren Eliane en Robert. Het huis is zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De tuin met zwembad hebben we als geweldig ervaren. We hebben avonden gebbq-ed, middagen geborreld en heerlijk gezwommen in het zwembad. De kinderen hadden ruimte genoeg om te voetballen in de tuin en wij hebben genoten van het prachtige uitzicht.Genoeg te doen in de omgeving, zowel actief als cultureel. Wel handig……

“Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, la maison est bien pensée, avec quelques bonus comme le jacuzzi en extérieur (où regarder les étoiles le soir en famille), le sauna ou le billard. Bien placée aussi entre les lacs dAnnecy et du Bourget. Mais c’est surtout la propriété qui rend le séjour vraiment spécial : forêt, cours d’eau, champ de fleurs sauvages, vraiment spécial ! Dans les petits bémols, la maison commençait à être mise en location et les casseroles, poêles, etc pourraient être……

“withput doubt the property has a 5 star view and location but it does not have a 5 star service. Some elements are strucutral - for example one lavatory for 8 people on the first floor and a sheer cliff surrounding the garden where fototballs are lost ( a fence would be good). Notwithstanding we found the service not up to standard. We were without hot water for four days which given there was a 7 month old baby was a trial. When the sink blocked - which we were warned about, again it took 2……

“We had a great time. Good location for Annecy and local supermarkets. Would recommend a day trip to Mont Blanc. Lovely welcome and send off from Joël. Amazing swimming pool and real value for money. It was really hot in Annecy during our stay but there are shutters and fans provided that helped lots. Would highly recommend especially for families. ”
