“Our only complaints were the A/C not working most of the week and the dish washer didn’t work. In our case we were only going to use the dishwasher once when we had breakfast there. It wasn’t that warm so the ac was not a real big issue. Warm when we came back in the evening. ”

“Regarding the 4BR Close to St Charles Avenue:The condo was very clean throughout. Street parking was always available in front of the building and safe. The washer and dryer were a great benefit. It is an easy walk to St. Charles Ave to catch the trolley or other public transportation, restaurants, and Walgreens for basic needs. There is a coffee stand next door only open on weekends or a few others within walking distance.The back bedrooms are very noisy at night from the stairwell and……

“It was a busy weekend and it was still peacefull. Grounds around area and restaurants were Great.Train depot was a added charm of the area. ”

“The first night we stayed there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, which of course was annoying. But our biggest surprise came the next day when we discovered a very large cockroach on the ceiling in the living room. This left us feeling our food was vulnerable and we put everything in the refrigerator. We paid far too much money to deal with these issues.”

He provided lots of information and his place was less than 10 minutes walking distance to Bourbon street and maybe 20 minutes to the waterfront His apartment was very clean and perfect for our party of 3 ”

“Except for not having a kuerig machine in the kitchen along with the regular coffee pot the kitchen had everything we needed for our multi weeks stay. Everything was neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable. When we had questions, like using the lock system, and tv streaming questions, the host was super helpful and always answered our questions in a very timely manner. We loved being within an easy walking distance to the restaurants and shopping and also the depot. We would definitely……

“Great location! Nice place with everything you need for a wonderful stay, including washer/dryer. It was great to have a reserved, safe spot to park our car as we walked or took the streetcar to most events. Great food and breakfast places around the corner. NOLA can get a little loud at night but we had it covered as we always bring a white noise machine to drown it out and it worked! Sam was easy to contact and we'd recommend this apt to everyone!”
