"Beach view room was very beautiful. Room was surprisingly very large which was nice. Property is set in an excellent location that allows you to really explore the city. Staff was very helpful in getting luggage in and out of the building. We did not make use of the amenities but definitely would come back and stay here."

"A great hotel, well situated ( nr the tram station ascal Lorraine) so an easy , cheap @ 10 euros return & quick transfer from airport. The staff are all polite & helpful & work hard esp the maids. Big thanks to Faruque for listening & sorting our room out. The hotel has a nice outdoor small area which was pleasant to sit out listening to the birds sing. Rooms are very spacious & clean, best 3* we have stayed at in Nice, most are v v small. The large airy lounge was comfortable to read & rest in. We never used the bar( v v small) or had breakfast there- lots of patisseries near by. Air con was great, needed at 30 degrees most days. We are definatly returning & re booking with Hotel Busby next May 27’ . Many thanks."
Fairmont Monte Carlo

"The Fairmont is a nice hotel and close to the casino, but far enough away that you’re not in the middle of the crowded tourists spots directly outside the casino. CONS: 1) Be prepared to walk far to get to the elevators. It’s laid out like a long cruise ship, so if your room is on one end of the building, you will be walking a while to the elevators. 2) The regular pool doesn’t really have a view. It overlooks the alley way, the internal courtyard, and balconies. 3) If you get a room close to the Nikki Beach Pool, be prepared for loud, non-stop music, like a night club all day! Just ask to move to the other side of the building, if that’s not your vibe. Good things: Nobu, the Lobby Restaurant, and the outstanding customer service of the Concierge, Bellmen, Housekeeping, Security, and Receptionists! And, again…the location is great!! It sits on the water; I prefer to see the Mediterranean Sea and the yachts."

"This is THE ICONIC hotel to stay in Nice, France!! It’s BEAUTIFUL, and the location is perfect!! The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. It is such a pretty hotel with wonderful restaurants and lounges!! And, the rooms are unique and a very nice size with the softest sheets! Cheers and enjoy!!"

"The room was clean, spacious and lovely, with an amazing view from two balconies. The hotel was everything we needed. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again."

"The room was very nice with a great view of the Mediterranean Sea. The only small issue was that there was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom so after showering it took a while to clear the steam from the room. The breakfast offering was excellent- much to choose from. Private beach access as well as Rooftop pool was a real treat. The pool/bar menu was also great. Would stay there again."

"Great location just a short walk to the beach and shopping areas. A fantastic amount of restaurants nearby which made things easy to find great options for lunch/dinner. Aircon was a boon in the extreme heat when we visited. Could be noisy at night as near to a park which held a festival when we were there but not a real issue."
