“I stayed with my husband. This is a new hotel that opened in 2023. Although our English is not good, we were treated with kindness. It was very comfortable.I want to stay here again. If you have any questions before your stay, you can ask questions via chat or email from the official website, which is convenient. Room 203, where we stayed, had a balcony facing the sea. There are no other buildings in front, and you can see the open horizon.Managaha Island can be seen in the distance. The door……

“Spacious, clean rooms with wonderful service. The location is perfect, right on the water with a beautiful view. Gated hotel so it’s very safe and secure. ”

“Rooms are in very good shape, excellent wifi, aircon good. Good value for the price. Not a hotel, this is some house with rooms renovated to rent out. Caretaker on site, friendly but very little English. Building from outside looks like a house, right behind Bank of Guam. Close to Galleria, places to eat, but actual street is backside of gambling place, drunks, etc. outside”

“It is comfortable and every room got a view of the ocean, you can see the sunset everyday, that's a plus. The room is clean and spacious, we have two people and somehow there are two beds in our room, one king and one twin, but there is still lots of space. They only have two pools and a beach now, as the others (tennis court, waterslides or water park) were destroyed by the storm last fall. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, some restaurants across the street. They have a bus that would……

“Location of hotel maybe not great, but the area is quiet, good choice for couples staying. Shuttle bus from hotel to downtown area every hour, so for not renting a car is still fine. There is a swimming pool with island bar and a beach with some decorations for couples taking photos. Good there honestly is not really nice, especially grilled seafood, staff were friendly but rather rushing to close the restaurant even still an hour from closing time which was quite disappointed ”

“It was after midnight when I checked in, and the staff was still very welcoming. Here to eat, shopping, bars, are very convenient, the price is not expensive. You can also store your luggage, which is very convenient.”

“The location of guesthouse is very nice =D Many restaurant nearby the guesthouse. Just walk around 5 mins to the beach and American Memorial Park. Landlord is friendly and nice, she introduced many tour points to us. And she gave us sandwiches when we got up early to Managaha Island. So touching!! The room is clear.”

“My 8 year old had a blast at this wonderful kids friendly resort. She enjoyed at the kids club and teachers were all super sweet and fun! She did not want to go home. Most children are Koreans but she managed the language barrier very well and had so much fun with friends and teachers! ”

“Property is basically a bed and breakfast with quiet and relaxing enviroment. The are takers are the best. Very attentive to needs without imposing on your privacy. Loved it. Best veiw on the island as well.”

“房間空間大，不暗，乾淨整齊，安靜。 有小露台，因近冷氣机排氣位，不會坐，但可晾衣服。 沒有牙膏牙擦，護髮素，要自備 走廊位置有水机，不用另外買水，超好。 接待處旁有按摩店，手勢好，如是住客，有折，不貴。 雖酒店位於横街中間，旁边簡单，但5分鈡就可行到多店舖中心，方便。mico beach 可經 fista hotel 行出去，但超細，海水不清。”
