「The property is beautiful. The accommodation was private and we made use of the room service often. Navigating around the property can be challenging as it’s spread out and very hilly. Can be rainy as well being in the rain forest. The all inclusive was well worth while, fabulous food! The pool rarely gets used as there is no washroom or change area. Also no pool bar. Food & drinks can be ordered through an App but not easily navigated. 」

「Our overall stay here was lovely. The view from the balcony was excellent with loads of activities to watch in the harbour and in the air. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. The issue is the steep hill for getting back from bars, shops and restaurants but you know the property is on a slope before you go. There are passing public minibuses so you just have to wait for one to get back up the hill! John, the host, who lives on site, is very good and helpful. Would recommend. 」

「Beautiful view. Staff is very nice. The beach is very private and beautiful. You have to take a ferry to get to the property which runs all day and is only a 2 minute ride. Overall it is paradise and I would high recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation without too many people around.」

「First and foremost, the staff was amazing. The resort, although a little outdated, provided a wonderful getaway. The resort does not have beach access, but you have a clear view of the ocean from the resort. Daily meals were hot and delicious with a wide variety of items to choose from. Daily scheduled activities were fun.」

「Everything was nice and clean and pretty new looking. That being said, I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 just because of some small things that seem unfinished around the room we had. Like they were very new and didn't have enough silverware or plates, cups and glasses. We had enough as it was only 2 of us, but if you had more, you would have been short. And things like the light switches need to be finished in. The tap water was safe to drink but often got cloudy so you would have to wait for...

「Very quiet & peaceful where I was staying at the top of the funicular. But also lively when I walked down to the main part of the Bay. Lots of eating options - Hurricane Hole & Chateau Mygo are both good. 」

We had some trouble with our first room and Tashael our Expedia representative on the property made our experience seamless and helped with the switch of our room. She made all of our dinner reservations and really outdid herself with helping us out every which way. Tashael is the person that made our experience at the Royalton the best.」

「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」
