2 Homes Stay

The two home worked great for our family and their families. Loved the Hot Tubs!Homes had usual age related wear and tear but they were very clean and had everything we needed.

Property was big enough to fit my extended family. We appreciated having the basement for the kids to play in. They loved the pool table and hot tub. There were 2 extra mattress in the closet that we used and were grateful for. Location was easy to find and easy to launch adventures from. They had fans in each closet which we used as it was hot during our stay.

Team gathering event

Homes are as described, very helpful for multiple families. They are clean. These are managed by a property management company. Management is helpful but owners need to be dialed into the details that are not clear and check-in check out policies were conflicting. Door codes at check in, linens not clean due to check in/out policy discrepancies. Location wonderful, all homes together wonderful overall experience just what was needed but the logistic details need to be acted on to make guest communication clear.

Magical Memory

This property was perfect for our family of 16! Two hot tubs allowed a "kids tub" and an "adult tub" in close proximity - truly a plus after days of skiing! The kitchen area allowed us to dine together, always a plus for our "foodie" family. Easy proximity to Brighton and the amenities in the area made it a perfect location. Would definitely come back!

Decent

Overall the property was beautiful. Plenty of space for our whole group. Unfortunately, one side of the complex didn’t have ac all week. They provided some portable ac and fans but that wasn’t enough to keep it cool during the day. Second, after the first night, we were putting the pull up bed back in and noticed one of the legs was broken, which caused us to not be able to fold up the bed. We took the remaining legs off so it wouldn’t damage the couch further. This was made aware to the property owner immediately. After our stay they said we were going to have to pay for the couch even though we didn’t break it. Won’t be staying here in the future.

Wrestling Trip Gone BAD

Upon arrival, codes for the doors would not work. Took us an hour to get in touch with someone to help. Meanwhile I had parents freaking out because they thought their kids we going to have to spend the night (snowing and cold) on the bus. Communication was a disaster!!!

Enjoyed!

This location had everything we needed, plus! Everyone enjoyed hot tubs, pool table, foosball, and ping pong in addition to many near by dining options. Only challenges were the air conditioning and televisions - rather warm at night except for the master bedroom and the only tv we finally figured out how to operate was in the living room. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of quality linens were provided. We also appreciated the very easy access to the walking track. Will stay here again if the opportunity arises to revisit the area!
