**THERE IS A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF £150 ** to be paid directly to the owner by 12pm on day of check-in (owner will contact guests with BACs information) after payment keys to access property will be provided in key lock. Upon departure this will be fully refunded pending thorough inspection of property, pending no damage, replacement of features and bedding. If property is found in a dirty condition or any fouling from dog in the garden, that will require extra time to clean a charge will also be applied.Please follow Check-out rules to the letter, please lock as advised all windows/doors, leaving no windows open, and leave property in a tidy, decent condition.
