Casa Canela is a newly built villa just minutes from Samara Beach and Carillo Beach.
This contemporary villa boasts a fantastic chef’s kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main area, as well as the bedrooms, are air-conditioned. High ceilings were used in the home’s architecture to promote airflow and natural light. The house has a designated office space making it perfect for remote work.
Casa Canela is beautifully landscaped with a lush tropical feel ensuring la pura vida you desire.
The dining space is open to the pool and tropical garden. A private pool with a tanning ledge is not the only outdoor treat. A rancho with two day beds, a 50" television, BBQ grill, bar fridge and sink, is the perfect space to relax.
These lovely spaces are just beyond the primary bedroom and living room.
Two of the air-conditioned bedrooms at Casa Canela have king size beds, closets and televisions. The third air conditioned bedroom has twin beds with a pack n play crib available for families. Two of the bedrooms have easy slide full size glass doors that open onto the terrace. The primary bedroom includes a private office and ensuite.
The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized gas stove, electric oven, Whirlpool fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Small appliances include a coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer and a Ninja blender. All the kitchen appliances, large and small are brand new and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes, glasses, and cookware you will need.
The living room/kitchen area has comfortable sofa, chairs and television. Stools sit at the spacious island.
The entire property has swift and dependable WIFI, scroll by the pool or work in the private office space.
Casa Canela is encircled by a 9 foot privacy and protection fence with motion lights at the entrance. The front door which has a safe lock box. Except for two exterior closets, guests will have complete access to the house.
Cleaning service is available throughout stay upon request and at an additional cost. Private chef and concierge service available upon request and at an additional charge. Property manager will be available by telephone, email, or AirBNB app to answer any question or solve any unexpected issues during guest stay.
