"What a gem! Located in a relatively small village, we used it as a base to explore Uxmal, which is still a drive away but the place was spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable, and we had access to a large pool. "
"The Hacienda Uxmal is beautiful, charming, comfortable and clean. It is a perfect location to stay as you explore the Uxmal Ruins and travel the Ruta Puuc.

"I stayed with a friend for only one night, but I think this property is perfect to spend the whole weekend and relax. You will find here the most helpful and kindest staff. Cinthia and Paloma guided us to enjoy the Cenote at night, and the river and pools during the morning. The restaurant's staff was also super nice, and the food was really good. Try the tuna tartara ❤️ They have these “casona” style rooms for families or bigger groups and they look amazing from outside."

"The Lodge at Uxmal is a special place just outside the entrance to the archeological site so ideal for staying at to see the sound and light show at night. The room was comfortable and clean with nice bedding and the place is set amongst trees so there are abundant birds and nature all around. Really lovely. It also has a very nice restaurant so is a great place to base exploring the Ruta Puuc from."
"Beautiful property well situated to lots of attractions (pyramids, planetarium, eco-park/museum) but the restaurant staff ranges from mostly disinterested to somewhat dishonest (pretty obviously did not bring back correct change, helping herself to a very nice tip) and as other travelers have noted elsewhere, the restaurant is overpriced for what you get. Clearly needs better management if staff is this lackluster."
"We arrives at the hotel and a few problems came up. First, they wanted to charges us for the room when it was already paid. We didn’t get the room we paid for. There was a wedding that was playing VERY loud music. They should consider sound proofing their windows. I asked for a wine bottle opener and I e but they wanted to charge me for the ice. The hotel is beautiful but the neighborhood is not the best.
Overall, a very bad experience for a first class hotel. "
