"Great staff and nice rooms."

"The location was conveniently located with the Riverwalk close by and major attractions were within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. the valet parking was a little confusing at first. Our room was clean and air conditioner worked well. Problems were obvious in bathroom. Tub spigot ran constantly at a slight stream and the toilet rocked when you sat on it. All in all I would probably stay there if I am in the city again. Price was right."

"We loved this hotel. It is very conveniently located on the Riverwalk with lots of dining options nearby. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning and at the sister hotel across the river one morning, but were great. The property is clean, beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we return to San Antonio."

"We stayed at Wild Oak Ranch for four days in late October whilst visiting rour son at Trinity University about 25 mins away. It was a nice change from a standard hotel. The villa was excellent, very clean, well equipped and the washer & tumble dryer were useful. Nice spa bath and big bathroom. We used the pool, lazy river, gym and played pickle ball, all great and never too busy. We didn’t use the fire pits or bbqs, but seemed like a nice touch. Perhaps the only disappointing thing was the bar/restaurant. It would have been nice to have a more relaxing f&b offering, more in keeping with the lobby feel. It was great for a short stay and as it wasn’t the main focus of our vacation we really enjoyed our visit."

"I loved this hotel! Stayed for work conference. The front desk person was so sweet and gave me bandaids for my poor blistered feet. She was friendly and went above and beyond for me. I know that sounds simple but it means a lot especially for someone who travels often for work. I did like the daily housekeeping. Area by the bed could have been cleaner - I found two used fake fingernails which threw in the trash. I get that places are short staffed now days though. Would definitely stay again. Location was also quite convenient."
