“Wow - I don't know where to begin. We absolutely loved the time we spent here. The Villa was exactly as described - rustic, private, clean, peaceful, comfortable and with all the modern conveniences. It was hot for a few weeks and the air conditioning worked great. The location is 15 minutes to Montepulciano and even less time to Pienza. “Our stay at Villa Podere Belvedere was just wonderful. Our family had the most relaxing time at the Villa, enjoying morning walks in the picturesque country side, lovely lunches by the pool and driving to the many charming Towns in the area all contributed to a wonderful stay. My only negative comment is that it would have been helpful if we had been informed that absolutely no household cleaning products or catering supplies would be provided, we could have brought these items with us. “Only four of us for 8 days. The villa holds 12. We used one floor only, just made coffee every morning and then left for day trips. No cooking etc. kept temperature low, only used lights in a few rooms in the evening. When we checked out the surcharge for gas and electricity was €920! This was very disappointing.”
