「Communication with host was excellent. The apartment was very safe and secure. The view was incredible. The apartment itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We were greeted with a bowl of fresh fruit on the table, which was a very nice added touch. It had all the amenities that we needed and more. We will definitely book with them again. Great stay! 」

「Beautiful home in a great location! Very clean and organized. Very close to the beach and Hotel Del Coronado. So much to do, lots of restaurants and shops to walk to. We took the Trolley tour. It was fun and we were able to see so much. Only downside is having one shower. The best part was our family rented the unit below and we were able to spend time together in the lovely fully equipped back yard. 」

「When we first walked into the condo after arriving and saw the incredible views, we couldn’t believe our good fortune in finding this unit! We were very pleased throughout our entire stay. The owner got back to me right away when I had a question and was also extremely helpful. Quite amazing to see The Del right out the window and the bridge/San Diego skyline out of another. Of course we had a view of the ocean too! I would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.」

「The property was ideal for our family to enjoy all that Coronado has to offer. It is right across the street from the Hotel Del, and within a short walking distance to all the best shops and restaurants. It was nice to have the yard to hang out in the evening, and the bikes and beach gear was a nice touch. When in Coronado in the future it will be our top choice.」

「Clean, comfortable, great location! Host is extremely accessible and responsive!」

「We stayed at the Crown Villas for a mini vacation. It was easily accessible, very clean, close to restaurants and the beach and had pretty much everything we needed. The outdoor space was fantastic! We did plan to make a couple dinners, so we had a decent amount of groceries with us. The only thing we noticed is there is not a lot of pantry space as all the cabinets are full. 」

「The location of this property cannot be beat! It’s literally steps from Orange Avenue and all of is shops, cafes, and restaurants. The landlord was very gracious and helpful. I highly recommend taking advantage of the parking space for an extra fee, though not necessary. The kitchen is adorable and well stocked. It is definitely cozy so don’t bring a lot of luggage. There was a lucite coffee table that I used as a luggage rack for my suitcase. My only caveat is that if there are people renting...

「Excellent location; cozy unit with fully stocked kitchen, laundry- facilities, personal supplies, bikes, beach gear. One of the best - stocked vacation rentals we’ve encountered. Comfortable beds. Outdoor space is a real bonus, comfortable lounging. Owners very responsive. A real find. Hope to return. 」
