Ocean Front and Walkable to Everything

Had a wonderful 2 weeks waking up to the ocean, walking to restaurants and bars and the dog beach. Perfectly located.

Pros:Spacious place with oceanview, with 3 br and 3 bathGreat location, close to the dog beach and restaurants Fast response from the PM teamCons:The location is close to the airport, and you can hear the planes clearly at night. There are a bunch of homeless people in the parking lot right next to the peoperty that you can hear them yell early in the morning sometimes.Parking garage is tooooooo tight. Very basic household supplies are provided. For example, there is no laundry detergent.

Beautiful view, spacious and clean condo right near the sand. We were in the heart of the beach grunge community with many interesting characters walking around. Within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and grocery store. Highly recommend gelato at the Electric Company.

Easy beach days

Location is awesome, it’s San Diego so there’s homeless all over. It was minimal around the property and they were quiet. Just some beach bums on government money. Super easy beach access and the place was fine for a short term stay. The master needs to have a king bed instead of a queen, the bed upstairs was very uncomfortable my only complaint
