  • this beautiful 850 sq ft unit, on the beach, has heat, 2 cable televisions, wireless internet, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher & microwave, coffee maker, pillows, mattress pads & bedspreads. One secured parking in lower lot just steps away from elevator which can also take you to north roof terrace with 360 degree view, laundry & trash at end of unit walkway, this building is safe & quiet. Located in pacific beach, dining, shopping and ocean walk are within walking distance.

The location was great. The Murphy bed was comfortable. The closet was stocked with boogie boards, sand toys and a towel rack. You did have to check in with the host in person to get the keys due to security fabs but he was flexible and accommodating.

Amazing view! Great location. Walk to restaurants and shops. Well stocked with beach chairs and boogie boards. Comfortable beds and furniture. Love that it had a dedicated garage parking space that was conveniently located right by the elevator.
