AMAZING PLACE

If you’re looking for a large, clean home with great views, this is your place! The location is ideal. A block from the beach and restaurants! Hot tub is nice, and roof top deck.

Great property, very clean, convenient location

We stay in North Pacific Beach for a week each summer, and this was our favorite property. It was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was outfitted with nice appliances and cookware. The two-car garage was convenient and the property was well-located, allowing us to walk to the beach as well as restaurants, shops and Gelson's market. We would love to return to his property.

Great for a family!

This house was excellent! Beach access is a short 3-5 min walk. About a 5-7 min walk to PB pier, and about a 15 min walk to The Wayfarer hotel. Lots to eat around here! Ralph’s (Kroger) is a great grocery store that’s not too far away. We loved access to a washer and dryer (helps for lighter packing), full kitchen, and beautiful bedrooms with the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! It’s common to get a vacation rental that’s kind of “slapped together” to make them look great but not feel great. This house feels like home! The outdoor hose is great for cleaning your feet off before you go inside. I will say, we rented a rather large vehicle (Cadillac Escalade) and it wouldn’t fit in either one of the garages. The neighbors got upset that we parked in front of the 2 garages, but thankfully the business in the back allowed us to park in one of stalls. Prepare for that in advance. They had beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and sand toys. Check in and out was very easy. Would absolutely stay here if you are looking for a home away from home.

From the moment we stepped into the property, we were all so excited. The home is cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. I brought my elderly parents along, and they couldn’t stop raving about how comfortable the beds were. My kids loved the beach, and we all enjoyed the stunning views from the rooftop. The jacuzzi was the cherry on top—such a relaxing bonus to an already perfect stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Nice house, great view, close to the beach!

Wonderful trip to San Diego made possible by this great property. It was less than a block to the beach. The location was perfect to get every where we wanted to go. The rooftop patio was a wonderful extra. The host took good care of us and communication was excellent. We would stay here again!

Great home, great location!

The Sunset Villa is wonderfully located a block from the beach and by access routes to many San Diego hot spots. Very close to the airport and a short drive to Balboa Park. The house was clean and had a fantastic rooftop deck. Garage parking was a plus as well and the hot tub! Super comfy beds. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Beachside Villa

We had an amazing time staying in San Diego for our Cinco De Mayo friends trip! This place made all the difference! The closeness to the beach combined with walkable distance to bars and restaurants gave it a 4/5 stars. But what gives it 5/5 is the rooftop deck to relax with friends and watch the sunset over the pacific. Truly unforgettable! Will definitely be back in the near future.

Picturesque beach house

We loved our time at this gorgeous house. The spa-like bathroom was perfect to unwind after a day at the beach (such a short walk to the beach from this house!) The modern kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep and then we enjoyed cocktails on the rooftop deck while watching the sunset and grilling our fresh catch of the day. Evenings were spent enjoying the hot tub and then relaxing in the super comfy beds. There are plenty of rooms, all well decorated. Really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to visit again!
