Great location and value. Easy access to all modes of ground transportation, inckuding trolley. Walkable to T Mobile Park. Nice dining options very close. However, very noisy. Homeless people are common, but not prolific.

Staff was nice! The room was a bit dirty, one of the rooms had something like sugar or salt under the glass part of a table that just wasn’t cleaned up. It seemed like the only thing regularly cleaned was the bed which was nice. The parking is terrible, the place they say they is the wrong address!!! I would choose a better option if i was staying in SF again.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was so filthy, we didn’t even use the shower. They were stains on the sheets and unrecognizable things on the nightstand. We stayed one night and left.

Nice budget hotel in the heart of San Fran. Clean, basic and well-furnished room. Convenient to Union Square and other areas. Just be mindful of vagrants and definitely park in a safe garage.

This hotel was decent for what it was... I must say that the carpet does give off a smell like it needs to be cleaned and the circulation through the hotel is minimal but other than that the staff was nice the space was decent and it was good for the 2 days I needed it for.

Couple on short visit to sam fran

Need to make a special mention about Hansel , very knowledgeable about the area and wiling to chat , let us keep our room as we had a late flight and it was much appreciated , great location close to public transport and restaurants , room was a bit small so not much room for two large suitcases but otherwise ideal for our short trip

I liked that the front staff made sure that check in process quick and efficient. No issues. If anyone is arriving after 11pm and need to find parking in a garage, good luck. All the nearby lots closed by 10pm.

Clean and neat but required a few maintenance jobs, bathroom door didn’t stay closed and paint peeling off the ceiling, but bed and amenities were good. If you just need a clean room for somewhere to stay this was great.

Original old hotel remodeled on Geary street close to union square. Very small bath closet, but functional. Late check in was easy. Room was quiet and safe.

The receptionist was very nice. The elevator tones sounded like 1960s Star Trek. The beds were soft and the pillows were firm. The shower water pressure was not very strong but sufficient. A nice place.
