“We are locals and this was the perfect getaway to our favorite beach in the area. Easily walkable to restaurants, the beach, and one of our top hikes (Matt Davis). Perfect for a family of 4. “I loved my stay at this comfortable, quiet, private cottage. It was a perfect location close to stores, restaurants and the sights I wanted to see. There were even two deer who hung out under the trees outside the carport. I appreciated the kitchen which was equipped with everything I needed. Once I needed to contact the host about something and she responded immediately. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Our family of four (all adults) used this spot as our central home base while doing excursions into SF, Sausalito, Napa and Sonoma. Perfect for our needs. Nice kitchen, livingroom, bedrooms, and bathroom with washer and dryer. Tucked up on a hillside, so it has a beautiful view out over the surrounding area. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping, highway, etc. but still sits back in a residential neighborhood where it was quiet. We’d definitely book it again if traveling to that area!”

“My partner and I had a pleasant stay in the cottage which was private, clean, bright and comfortable, though dated and as we were told, will eventually be renovated. For our stay it was very functional. The kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances and a dishwasher. There is a small laundry room in the cottage with full-sized washer and dryer, great for stays over a few days. The bedroom has a comfortable bed and lovely views out to the trees. “We loved our stay in the green house! It was very quiet, peaceful, and a well accommodated space. A perfect location for visiting friends in Inverness and exploring all the outdoor beauty of Pt Reyes and Tomales Bay. I did find the listing to be somewhat misleading in that it says there are two queen beds and sleeps four people. The fold out/sofa bed is definitely not queen sized and is not very comfortable on its own. There are lots of comfy blankets and pillows around the unit so it wasn’t……
