“I wanted a quiet stay for our last night in Colorado. I felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, but we had easy access to everything we needed. The peace was heaven, the natural beauty was amazing. I absolutely recommend this place, it's wonderful. ”

“This was a quiet, peaceful, tranquil get away. The birdhouse was comfortable and relaxing. It has everything you need for a peaceful getaway. Crestone has lots of great hiking and spiritual retreats. The Great Sand Dune National Park is about an hour away, the drive has spectacular views. ”

“We chose the listing because we were hoping to be in the town of Crestone and spa/whirlpool. Advertised location was’t the correct location on the map and no whirlpool. We didn't realize we were going to be in a development 25 minutes from our group. Clarification of rental wasn’t revealed until rental was completed. That being said, the rental was clean, quiet, and had extra details(coffee, tea, candy, shampoo/conditioner, notebook with details).”

“This property was located about 45 minutes from The Great Sand Dunes NP visitor center. The home was very private, clean and well provisioned. Our favorite spot was the deck off of the loft which had a wonderful view of the mountains as well as the sunrise. The wrap around deck also had a great view where you could watch the sun set. There were many extras that added to the uniqueness of the rental. We would highly recommend it.”

“We spent two relaxing nights in Baca Grande, a charming community nestled within Crestone. Our host, Merrin, was fantastic – always prompt and helpful with any questions. The house was perfectly equipped with a beautiful patio and stunning mountain vista. Crestone, a short drive away, is a quaint old mining town brimming with character. We thoroughly enjoyed wandering its streets and soaking in its unique atmosphere. Here's a local tip: if you need groceries, head to the Mercantile for better……

“It was a pleasant little cozy place. Peaceful and quiet. Host was available if needed. There is plenty to do fairly near by if are looking for some unique experiences. One thing, kitchen sink stopper needs replaced. But found another way to do the small amount of dishes that we dirtied. Overall was very pleased with the experience. Would recommend the place to my family and friends.”

“Rented the cabin for my anniversary weekend in November. We didn't see a single other person, which I enjoyed, but I'm sure it's a wildly different experience in-season. The stream and woods were right out our door, and we had some nice little walks. Looks like a lot of bigger hiking opportunities nearby, but we didn't go far. It's about a ten or fifteen minute drive to a gas station or store. The site was quiet and secluded (in winter). Saw lots of deer. The cabin was plenty warm with two……
