Our host, Heather, went above and beyond by upgrading us to a larger property because she thought the cabin we originally booked would be too tight for four people. “It’s a suitable apartment for family at a great situation with comfortable environment.
However, as my check-in and the experience in my first day, I felt very uncomfortable because I met a young lady at the counter with bad service and impolite attitude.”
