“The location of the condo could not be better! It is close to a ton of restaurants and the main resorts/hotels which makes going to the beach, excursions, or grabbing dinner very easy. The check in process was very easy and the property was spotless. There is a very nice pool so that you don’t have to leave the condo if you don’t want to. HIGHLY recommend- I will be back!”

“The apartment was clean and very close to the beach which made mornings wonderful for sunrise by the beach walks! Located near everything needed from restaurants and grocery stores. The host was very responsive even letting us stay extra nights due to our Flight changes. The only con would have been remembering all the colors of keys to all the gates. But all in all a great stay with everything we needed would recommend for couples for sure.”

“Our family recently enjoyed a pleasant stay at this VRBO condo. While the decor has a charming, dated feel and the unit faces the street, leading to some ambient city noise from crowds, cars, and even airplanes, we found it didn't detract from our experience as we're accustomed to city living.The condo truly offered all the conveniences of home, making our stay very comfortable. “The property owner was very welcoming and gave great and prompt communication. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, especially the view and location! We also appreciated the laundry supplies, kitchen supplies, lots of clothes hangers, and ceiling fans throughout to promote ventilation. The property owner was working to fix the A/C in the main room during our stay, but the bedroom A/C worked fine and there was lots of great ventilation, so it was very comfortable. The chairs on the balcony need……

“Definitely 5 star, but I'll start with the two "negatives" to be aware of. The hallway walking in was a bit intimidating as it's dark and not the cleanest. The second is that this is definitely not a "two bedroom" and more like a studio with a wall to separate a bedroom area. Now for the many positives. Aside from the hallway being intimidating, the inside was very clean and comfortable, and we never once felt unsafe. The location was perfect, easily walkable to different areas, restaurants,……

“Sylvia was an amazing host; was super sweet with all her response's, knowledgeable of the area and continuously checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.The area was safe in a gated community with lots of parking offering 24/7 surveillance. Check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. Bed was comfortable, AC was cold and showers were warm. I recommend this property who offers a home away from home. ”

“This place was perfect! It has EVERYTHING you need and it’s exactly like the pictures. Walking distance to restaurants and Condado Beach. Felt very safe staying there due to the condo security procedures. Also, very nice and quiet at night which I loved after coming back exhausted. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“I had stayed at ESJ Tower lots of time on the past 35 years. I did noticed some changes that they need to upgrade and fix. But I also noticed that they have lots of construction work going on at the present time. They need to fix the pool and open the lobby bar. They need AC in the lobby. The location and the view is awesome. I always rent with Chana and is awesome. ”
