Beautiful Villa in the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort

  • The villa consists of 1 master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, family room, dining room, balcony and gardens. There are 2 small sofa beds, sleeping one person in each, in case you would like to use them.

    It is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV and WiFi. You do not have to bring anything, only your bathing suits, because everything is provided in the villa such as towels, dinnerware, kitchen appliances such as microwave, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and utensils to cook your meals. Bathrooms include basic toiletries and have hot water. The villa includes one parking space and is close to the Golf Club House where you can walk and take the shuttle that brings you to the hotel. A golf cart can be provided to enjoy the stay.

    As a free service included in the cost of your condo, we offer Condo Concierge services through PR Vacation Helpers. They can help you find deals on all the popular things to do in Puerto Rico and also give you advice on local spots which will make your vacation more enjoyable.

The place is simply amazing. Right on golf course and the added golf cart to be able to go to beach and casino is a huge plus. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The Villa was way better than expected. Luis was helpful and very accommodating. He even gave us late checkout since nobody was coming the next day. We used about a quarter of the total space.

Amazing stay. Everything we wanted and needed. Luis was wonderful. Super easy to find and get around the resort. We enjoyed a round of golf, the spa, the beach and multiple restaurants. Hoping to visit again.

Returning to this villa for the third time felt like coming home. It is always spotless, well-kept, and surprisingly spacious for a one-bedroom—the perfect retreat after spending our days at the beach with friends staying nearby. Luis is an amazing host; his communication is excellent, and he went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Luis was incredibly welcoming and a fantastic host! I had a wonderful stay on his property, and being able to use the golf cart to get to the resort for my convention was an added bonus. It was a beautiful stay in paradise!
