「El hotel en general está muy bien, las áreas generales de alberca, jardines, hamacas, etc bastante agradables y en buen estado. Las habitaciones un poco viejitas pero limpias y cumplen con el objetivo principal que es descansar. El desayuno bastante completo y de buen sabor La atención del personal bastante buena En general costo beneficio excelente, aunado a la cercanía de muchas tiendas, farmacias, tiendas de comida rápida, etc y a 3 km del aeropuerto. 」

「The hotel is conveniently located across from the Star Medica Hospital where I had an appointment. It is in a good area with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The room we stayed was clean however the amenities were lacking. The bathroom leaked whenever we showered and wet the entire bathroom floor. The towels were worn and faded. We got a balcony but had no tables and chairs on it and our room (we paid for the upgraded room btw) had no couch and table as advertised and one single chair....

「Raul is the owner of this magnificent property. We have travelled many places all over the world and I would have to say that this was the best. This property needs to be in the movies. It is absolutely spectacular. Not only are the surroundings, unlike any other, we have been at, the service is exemplary. This truly was one of the most special vacations we have ever had. 「LOVE this hotel so much. The pools were freezing during our stay however, the onsen below was enjoyable! I have never been more relaxed at a hotel more than I was staying here. It’s so peaceful and not to mention they have two resident cats that are sweet as can be. Like what!? Just book your stay already!」
