「Beautiful property and rooms. However, at this price we were expecting 7 star service and that was not the case. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurant seemed to be bothered when we asked for service. They mostly congregated by the towel area and checked their phones more than they us. You can get far better service in other cheaper hotels. One of the elevators wasn't working and the one that did work took forever. The hotel has its own beach, two pools, one of which is saltwater and a jacuzzi. Sounds good right?
