"We love this hotel. The entire staff are wonderful and so friendly. The evening manager reception drinks are well received. Plus in the evening the BBQ steak sandwich is the best meal for a quick and filling meal for a busy day of touring around. We also love the breakfast in the morning. Every time we have gone the grounds and the rooms are spotless and relaxing. We will be back to this hotel next time we are in SLO. "

"I liked its proximity to hiking trails, the beautiful pool which was heated to a very pleasant temperature, but not too warm, and the staff who were very responsive to my request for a room with easy access to the pool. "

"Great location right at the beach, with spacious suite room, clean and comfortable king size bed. Friendly staff and very helpful. However the pull out sofa bed was very sagged, not good for the back that my son was more comfortable sleeping on the sofa."
