You will find yourself in an unexpected world embraced by the Florentine hills, from where you can observe the house of Leonardo Da Vinci.
UMAMMA was designed for those who want to find natural energy.
In a marvelous square inhabited by local people, UMAMMA is the starting point to visit Tuscany from one of the most suggestive points.
The private heated pool is accessible only by the guests of the house, through a secret passage.

In einem unscheinbaren Palazzo im Zentrum von San Miniato , im UG gelegen mit Gewölben und Ziegelwänden, warm durch LEDs erleuchtet, mit klaren Formen eingerichtet, den Blick von Durchbruch zu Durchbruch schweifen lassend bis er magisch von den großen Fensterfronten mit Aussicht auf Weinreben und eine zentrale Zypresse angezogen wird.In der Dunkelheit dagegen sitzt man erhaben vor oder in den Fenstern , die funkelnden Lichter, der im Tal liegenden Dörfer zu Füßen. Giovanni, danke für die Idee, den Schweiß und die Vollendung dieses faszinierenden Lofts.

Beautiful, Practical, and Ultimately Luxurious

Our stay in San Miniato was certainly the highlight of our Italian Honeymoon. This had a lot to do with the excellent hospitality that Gio extended to us! From meeting us at check-in to give us a tour of the beautiful and interesting space that he has created and giving us a rundown of what the region has to offer to taking us to the train station at checkout so we wouldn’t have to walk and take the bus, Gio works tirelessly to make sure that every facet of your stay is realizing and enjoyable. UMAMMA is truly amazing and Gio is constantly iterating to make sure every aspect of the space is beautiful, practical, and ultimately luxurious. If you’re on the fence, UMAMMA, Giovanni, and the charming hilltop town of San Miniato will not disappoint!
