“Nice apartment and friendly staff. Good location, most sights can be reached on foot like colosseum, Termini train station, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. The surrounding was quiet and convenient, you can easily find supermarkets, bus stop, restaurants. The apartment had towels, shampoo, and washing machine. We were asked to clean the dishes and throw the garbage ourselves. Overall, we like our stay in Rome.”

“The property is right in front of the metro, can be a little noisy during busy hours, but overall is pretty nice. Room was cleaned daily, and any problems we had were dealt with quickly. This place was a nice, cute room near Colosseum and easy access to the subway!”

Reception was wonderful and very helpful; provided recommendations for dining options and helped with bus navigation throughout the city. Cleaned our room daily and provided fresh towels and water bottles. Definitely recommend! :)”

“分配到的房型似乎跟我原本預定的有點出入，但住處離地鐵站很近，入住前屋主有email聯絡，所以即使我們抵達的時間較晚，沒有人安排check in，但入住過程一切順利。唯一不解的是，屋主額外收了我們35歐元的清潔費，原本訂房時沒有註明有這筆費用。”

“The room I reserved has a kitchen, which is nice. The location of the hotel is convenient. It is close to metro and Vatican. The Cleanliness of the room is satisfactory but could be better. The hotel is close to the main road, so pretty noisy. The noise level is acceptable when the window is closed but too much when the windows are opened.”

“This place is really a good place however it is very falsely advertised. The place is not “within easy reach to the Colosseum” as stated. In order for one to get to the tourist things in Rome such as Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, etc. an Uber or Taxi is a must! And it adds up at lease 28 € each way (or more depending on time of day). This is not our first time in Rome and I found it very deceiving that the place stated within 5 minutes by car (it was at least 25……

“Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. ”

“住宿價格非常的便宜，飯店接待人員雖然對英文的支援度並沒有那麼高，但是可以感受到他們的用心。比較在意的是Check in後不知道為什麼得要將護照留在櫃台處，多少有點不舒服的感覺，以及房間沒有提供沐浴乳與洗髮精等，但如果你是省錢第一的旅者，這會是你的好選擇，當然這是一家無法用大眾交通到達的住宿地，建議你是自駕旅遊者。”

“We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were a bit confused on having to pay cash for taxes when we arrived. VRBO mislead us and told us we didn't have to, but in reality we did. Our host was so kind when we had to apologize for the misinformation from VRBO. I would stay at this property again. But don't know if I will be using VRBO ever again!! They need to train their customer support better.”

“入住當晚，酒店表示第二天早上將對房間升級，至第二天早上又說過一日升級，結果最後說不能升級。我訂四人套房，實際上只是在中間拉個簾子，另兩單人床放在另一面墻邊。並非真套房，且價格貴過訂兩間雙人房。我到櫃檯要求換兩間雙人房，櫃檯人員記下表示要經理批准然後一直再無下文。這樣的服務真是很差！且浴室設備陳舊，洗水盆有裂紋。”

“性價比不太化算。 鄰近羅馬火車站，地理位置優越。 但如果以機場、景點考慮，就不是化算。 ”
