“This hotel is wonderful, with a great location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and very clean rooms. The only downside was the cold jacuzzi—it should definitely be warm. Also, Cartagena is a lively city, so if you’re looking for quiet nights, keep in mind that there are parties and music in the streets until late. I chose not to stay in the Historic Center, but it was still difficult to fall asleep early because of the noise. Other than that, everything was great. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“The breakfast was 10 out of 10. I really enjoyed it. We were able to eat from a buffet or order from a menu, which are all included in your stay. I enjoyed the pool as well. I do feel the women’s staff were very helpful and a very accommodating to us. We did have an incident where one of the workers shoved someone from my group out of the elevator. We reported the incident and were given complementary drinks and appetizers for our troubles from the manager of hospitality. She was very helpful.……

“Upon arriving, I was dropped off by the taxi down the block due to the street not being a drivable street. The area is super loud lot of people that constantly hound you to buy things. I understand. I’m in another country and that’s how they make their living. I’m not against that at all however, if a person says no more than three times then that should mean no.. the actual place we stayed at we were greeted by a nice housekeeper unfortunately she didn’t speak any English so there was a huge……

“We stayed at this hotel for my birthday, and overall we had a nice experience. The hotel was clean, quiet, and in an excellent location. It’s right in the heart of the city, and you can easily walk to restaurants, shops, and many of the main attractions. We booked a room with a Jacuzzi, but unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy it because there was a strong sewer-like smell coming from it. We reported the issue but decided not to use it.
