"The staff was extremely nice, patient and helpful. The room was nice. It was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was included and was very complete. Loved it. We went up on the terrace several times (furniture needs pillows) and used the small, yet sufficient pool. The hotel is very conveniently located. A busy street does run in front of it, so if you’re sensitive to noise, it may bother you, but it did not bother us. We slept really well in our king size bed. "

"A beautiful hotel. The design is amazing. The spa is mediocre. They don’t have a sauna. They don’t have a cold plunge. Just a steam room and a shower. At this caliber, being a new hotel, they should’ve invested in that."

"I can't say enough of the wonderful staff, they made our anniversary an amazing one. Even from the communication before we got there until after we left. We travel around the world and their service was top notch. Next time we are in Cartagena we will definitely stay there. Doesn't hurt to say that our room was PERFECT, THE VIEW WAS OUTSTANDING, the cleanliness, everything blew our mind. Thank you again!!! Un abrazo a todos de los boricuas!!!"

"Don’t stay here until they do major Reno’s. All the halls and rooms smell so bad of mold/dampness. They have fans going because they know it’s a problem but still sell the rooms. Staff is nice enough, rooms are clean enough, but nothing about this place is luxury/overcomes the smell. Our clothes still smell from the smell of this place. Breakfast was meh, nowhere near as good as you’d expect when you pay for a place like this, and the pool bar had nothing stocked that was on the menu. Skip and go elsewhere "

"Staff was extremely nice/helpful & our room was very clean. The pool was underwhelming compared to the pictures. Didn’t look as fancy as the pictures made it & although the setup is nice, the water wasn’t very clean and there were also crows/birds that would take breaks on the edge of the pool to sip water. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for our trip. We only wanted to use it because we arrived early before the check-in time. The hotel Breakfast was really good in a nice area on the first floor. There was a pretty good amount of options on the menu (vegetarian) and we felt like we were at cafe nearby. The location is also perfect if you’re a tourist in Cartagena. Stayed here for two and a half days but would definitely stay here again on my next visit."
