"We all enjoyed our stay it was in the perfect location. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean. We enjoyed fishing during the evening and it was a beautiful spot. This was our first time visiting the area, but it will not be our last. We will return to enjoy more the area has to offer. "

"The location of the "resort" is convenient being by the confluence of the Colorado and the Llano portions of the rivers, and that was nice for boating.
However...the apartment is totally run down. One of the showers didn't work, leaky faucets, window unit AC units, old furniture, kitchen was minimally stocked. The staff were kind as could be and super helpful. Some updating could make this place nice. The beds were comfortable."
