“Very nice. Small but perfect for what we needed. Close to downtown. Easy to find. Had everything we needed. A/C was cold. Had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. Communication was great. Extremely clean. Highly recommend.”

“Oceanfront ”

“My husband and I had a WONDERFUL trip to New Smyrna Beach and stayed here for almost 2 full weeks. We could walk to Canal Street and access back to Flagler or the beach was easy using the Causeway. We brought our dog and using our truck as the "fourth fence" were able to enjoy evenings with him in the backyard. Owner was very responsive! This is definitely a "home" rental, not just a house!”

“We loved the room with connected space that could hold a few more people, my adult daughter stayed the night with us and when my son came by he had a spot to nap before dinner so that was nice. We didn't have to drive to get great food and drinks nearby. I thought from the photo that the smaller pool was a hot tub, but it is a kiddie pool, so I may come back with my granddaughter this summer. We didn't have any issues to reach out about, all the instructions for gate and door codes were easy to……

“It was as advertised except listed 2 bedroom with 2 bath. There is only one bath. Another shower is available in another building.”

“Loved the location of this property. Only wish they had condo's with an actual bedroom vs murphy bed setups. Beach was 1 block away. Loved location to restaurants and grocery store.”

“House worked for our stay & plans. The house had a number of cooking pots and pans but was limited, we had to purchase an inexpensive aluminum pan to make one of our meals. However we could not find a can opener.”

“Overall great stay. I would power wash the pool area. The spider webs hanging from the celling was really uncomfortable. I wasn't sure if something was going to drop on me or in the water.”

“Very close to the beach and a great price. Continental breakfast was decent (could use some meat) but well run. Room air conditioner did not completely chill things down but was comfortable. Parking underground was convenient and staff was efficient. I would stay here again. ”

“Had a wonderful time at New Smyrna Waves. Our unit was clean and perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves”

“It was a beautiful little condo. Nothing fancy but for my boyfriend and i it was perfect. Came with 2 beds and a small tv. It was right outside the pool area which was actually really nice and a little pourch of your own. Glad we booked with coastal waters. Thank you for a nice stay.”

“2 night stay. Easy check in via text and lockbox. Kitchen equipped enough to cook anything. A/C worked well, pool was nice. Not many people staying these 2 days so it was nice and quiet. The only downfall was the furniture in common area. Old, stained and nasty. Sat on our own fold out chairs. Replace that gross furniture and this is a returnable property!”
