“Clean rooms, the lobby smelled a bit like smoke. But the rooms did not. It was very nice.”

“The service and the maintenance is poor. They charge a $100 deposit that would be refunded after 10days. Do not count on the breakfast , you would be disappointed.”

“This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.”

“Not enough towels provided. There is a post note in the bathroom suggesting to hang your towels. To save water. Pillows are too soft. Breakfast was minimal. Everything seemed condensed. No coffee maker in the rooms. Probably won’t stay there again. Also trying to figure out what an additional charge for $44.00 was? Desk clerk said not to worry it’s nothing. Well it’s on my credit card.”

“overall the property was decent. The complimentary breakfast was good. hot pancakes and eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy all cooked. self serve breakfast included cereal and oatmeal. coffee, milk and juice. the pool was nice, unfortunately, the hot tub was not working at the time. we were about 5 miles away from downtown Traverse City. there were a lot of restaurants that were close by.”
