「We loved our stay.. Room size was great & we appreciated having a shower without the tub. Parking was very convenient. Our only issue was lack of housekeeping.. Once from May 10-15.. It wasn’t absolutely necessary as there were plenty of towels, but it would have been nice to get creamers for the coffee without grabbing them from the lobby. Would definitely stay again.」

「Breakfast was delivered to your room and was a 'boxed' breakfast - we opted for the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich each day, it was a little disappointing. You had to go to the lobby for coffee or use the small coffee maker in the room. The comforter was dirty, but the rest of the room and bathroom were OK. The staff was friendly. The weekend we were there, there were a lot of families who really trashed the beach area, it took the staff a while to clean up the beach area. The hot tub and...

「Staff was friendly upon check in. They let me check in 20 minutes early, that was appreciated. It's pretty basic as hotels go, priced fairly. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. But my issue was the lack of hot water. Upon arrival I could only get lukewarm water out of the faucet; my shower this morning ran out of hot water about two minutes in. Not sure if it's a problem for the entire hotel or just the floor I was staying on, but I can't highly recommend a place if I can't have hot...

「Only spent one night there as we were in town for a medical appointment. Check in by owner was very cordial and courteous, grounds and room were very organized and clean. Don't expect a lot of amenities, but all rooms have sunrise views, direct Lake Michigan access with beach chairs and a boat rental right next door. Almost forgot about the rooms shower, you'll love it!」

「It is a nice little place on the lake. I do feel however that the room could use a good update and that the furniture placement could be different to be more user-friendly. The room I rented said futon which was not a futon, it was a pull out bed. The area is a very small hometown. Feel if you're looking for the conveniences of fast food and such, you will need to travel elsewhere. I do wish the room did have a washer and dryer and a stove and sink which would have gave me more bang for my buck....
