“Not enough towels provided. There is a post note in the bathroom suggesting to hang your towels. To save water. Pillows are too soft. Breakfast was minimal. Everything seemed condensed. No coffee maker in the rooms. Probably won’t stay there again. Also trying to figure out what an additional charge for $44.00 was? Desk clerk said not to worry it’s nothing. Well it’s on my credit card.”

“Honestly not a bad place to stay at! Literally the one and ONLY thing that did it for me…was AS we were leaving, we go to grab our phones off the charger’s that are next to the bed!! We SEE a cockroach… we go through everything to make sure we’re not taking anything with us or make sure nothings inside. We left in a rush feeling icky. Also I wouldn’t say it was SUPER quiet because we could hear people passing by.”

The complimentary breakfast was good. hot pancakes and eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy all cooked. self serve breakfast included cereal and oatmeal. coffee, milk and juice. the pool was nice, unfortunately, the hot tub was not working at the time. we were about 5 miles away from downtown Traverse City. there were a lot of restaurants that were close by.”

“Over priced rooms that were not maintained. We had a 2 queen bedroom that felt more like 2 double beds. Large stains on the carpet, bugs in the bathroom sink each night (just regular bugs, not bed bugs). Bathroom sink faucet drained really slow, toilet seat was not on tight and bathtub needed to be repaired. Faucets were gross and a lot of buildup on them. 2nd floor elevator button only worked by going up to go back down, elevator floor was dirty everyday we were there. Plan on eating……
